Tinymus at 13 weeks :)

here is the latest pic, enjoy :) the baby was salsa dancing in my belly when we did the ultrasound, just cracked me up - the US technician could not get a good picture of it for a while. Some energy we're gonna have to deal with in a few months! :)

Roma!

Our last day in Italy: a fantastic day of walking and walking around beautiful Rome, of lots of history, of my last gelato(s), of Troels wishing he could be a gladiator and of being rejected by the pope for being too slutty :D hehe - my shoulders were showing a little bit so no access to the Vatican for me!.

What a way to end our trip!

I am in love with Tuscany

We only spend one day driving down Tuscany - but that was enought to make me fall in love with it. I can't wait until our next trip there - I can already imagine us like the girl in "Under the Tuscan Sun", sipping wine and eating smelly italian cheese while looking at the vineyards :)

Cinqueterre

Troels and I had always talked about going to to Cinqueterre ever since we met - so we really could not avoid going. So much charm in those little villages - and the best pizza we had in Italy at the little restaurant in Monterosso. Oh and that homemade fig tart!!!!! I can still remember the taste of it - notice the trend that I have to talk about food here? We took a boat between the villages for most of it, except for a small part where we actually walked between two of them on the "via dell'Amore" - how appropriate for our honeymoon. The path is called so because, we heard, when a first path was made between the two villages, it mostly allowed lovers from the two villages to meet up :)

Gelatomoon with my hunny

Italy here we come! One week of doing nothing but enjoying the lovely Italian sun, wine and food. Ja taaaaaak!

We spent the first few days in Sestri Levante - on the Italian Riviera up north, just a bit above Cinqueterre. We stayed in a beautiful hotel castel and had a bathroom like I had never seen before!!!!

The hotel also had a private garden that led to an elevator built in a cliff that led to the see - it was unreal. I love the garden and all of its crickets making a racket :) mmmm and all of the smells of the herbs and the olive trees....I am in love

Oh and all of the dreamy gelato flavous: Almond milk, melon, berries, stracciatela, fig, caramel...nutella!!!!! :D Yummm! This trip is going to be waaaaaay to short!

I love my girls! (and my boys too) - a.k.a best Bachelorette party EVER!

Ooooh how much I love my girls - they put together the BEST day for me and we had so much fun . Morning we spent canoeing - haha we spent more time running into trees and plants and getting in the water to move the canoe that was stuck on rocks than anything, but that was actually the best part of it! Afternoon we want to do some "accro Branche" - an activity that is really only in France, but so so cool! You walk and slide between strees - can't wait to get some pics to shows you!!!!

And then there was...the night...A lot of pink was involved :D ha the beauty of walking accross town with a beautiful pink dress, pink cowboy boots and oh-so-sexy blong wig. Let's do it again!

We had sworn to spend the days without the guys...but I guess in a 3000-people town there is only so much you can do :D We all met up at the one cool pub in town. What a cool night. I think a few got a bit of a headache the day after :D

More pics to come!!!!!

Mud walk!

Troels' family, Soaz, Sarah and I escaped from all the wedding preparation and went for a nice walk at the mont. Ah the mud of the Mont Saint Michel Bay! We almost tripped and fell on our butts about 20 times because the soft mud was so sliddy. The guide also showed us where the quick sand was - crazy how you can at first not notice that the quick sand is there, but then you slowly sink in. haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa fresh air and fun with friends and family - nothing like it:)
