Then and now...

Olivia then at 6 months old in Israel, and now at 2 and 1/2 in New York. 2 years between these two pictures...and she can still fit the same red dress!

It's crazy how time flies....I love you my little Olive.

4th of July in NYC

I lost a lot of my July pictures - oh my little hard drive, why do you hate me so?! But thankfully not all of them where lost. These are a few pictures from the 4th of July. A lovely day that we spent with Farmor since she was visiting us from Denmark.

We managed to find a lawn in Battery Park where we could see the fireworks - they were a bit far out, but I still loved was the atmosphere on that lawn. People sitting on blankets everywhere, kids running around everywhere. When she saw that so many people where out, Olivia looked a little perplexed and so I explained to her that everybody was out to celebrate. She spent the rest of the evening saying: "C'est la fete! C'est la fete!"  My sweet sweet little girl.

Have a picnic?

It's one of Olivia's favorite things to do right now: "Have a picnic?". Yes, my little one, we'll go have a little picnic. For lunch. Or dinner. Or an afternoon ice cream. We'll grab our pink polka dot blanket and head down to the park anytime you want. Because, the truth is, we love it just as much as you do :)

The day you gave me your first "photo smile". It broke my heart a little :)
